In that case, how does Trikailash raise resources?

Trikailash raises the valuable resources we need for our work through:
    •Individuals.
    •Corporate and institutional donations.

We have designed unique programmes to give them social identity with pride. We involve these transgenders into economic activities for their day to day life

How does Trikailash reach for basic rights to old age and children?

We have already taken initiative to provide food and shelter to them in a very rich environment. And we also make old age ppl involve in various spiritual programmes and recreational activities. Our specially designed ancient primitive shelter allows these children to create an inclusive personality. Our main focus on children is to make them as a contribution to society.

    How are resources used?

We feel that affecting long term, sustainable change requires a holistic approach. Accomplishing this kind of change necessitates coordination at all levels. Donations are used for benefits and treatment of old age people, children and transgender. We also use donation to encourage economic activities for transgender which will be helpful to build their day to day life

The problem is huge! Will my small contribution make a difference?

It most certainly does. A small amount goes a long way. In fact, individuals’ contributions from almost 90 to 95% of our income. Taken together, it is these seemingly small contributions that collectively add up to a large amount needed to effect change. There are people all over who are concerned about the situation of children and who want to do something to change it. However, their own commitments and pressures do not allow them to go out and directly work with children. TRIKAILASH provides them the opportunity to help in whatever way they can. They can contribute their money, materials, time, or skills. When everybody comes together and pitches in, no task is impossible. This COLLECTIVE ACTION has an impact and brings about change. Every individual’s contribution is important. This is the fundamental principle on which TRIKAILASH functions

How does TRIKAILASH choose the projects it supports?

Our selection process is based on the values of trust, transparency, partnership and accountability. TRIKAILASH’s Development Support division works closely with partners to understand their needs, ensure resources are optimally used through regular budgeting and reporting systems aided by Account Aid, a firm of chartered accountants specialising in this sector.

How Trikailash employees are paid for their work?

Most of the people who are in Trikailash are here for social/public service. If they are economically weaker and are in need of a job and regular salary, we provide the salary from Trikailash Organics. We do not use the donated money to pay their regular salaries.
